One of my favorite organizing tools are clear, plastic shoe boxes. Sound a little strange? What can you do with shoe boxes besides store shores? A lot! They can be used in every room.
Store markers, stickers, and other art supplies. You can also hold mementos until you get around to putting them in a scrapbook. Just be sure to organize them by person, event or year. This will make scrapbooking easier. I store my undergarments and socks in shoe boxes in my dresser. Three shoe boxes fit across my drawer. Shoe boxes can hold extra decorations or treasures from your travels. If you are short on drawer space or can't find the right drawer divider, use boxes to store makeup, lotions, or medicines.
